Can I host the website somewhere else?+
Yes. Website Aftercare is optional. EMPEX can instead provide agreed handover materials such as codebase or repository transfer, environment guidance, database export information, deployment notes and domain or DNS details.
Does unused support time roll over?+
No. The monthly allowance resets each month. Content requests, routine fixes and support requests all use the same allowance.
What counts as a small content request?+
A small request is a straightforward text, image or existing-page content change that can be completed within the available monthly time.
Can I request a new page or feature?+
Yes, but new pages, sections, integrations, redesigns and functionality are outside the Launch allowance and are quoted separately before work begins.
