Is Website Aftercare required?+
No. Aftercare is optional. You may choose EMPEX Website Aftercare or arrange external hosting with an agreed professional handover.
Can I host the website elsewhere?+
Yes. EMPEX can transfer the codebase and provide agreed deployment, environment, database and domain information.
Who owns my domain?+
Domain ownership normally remains with the client. Registration and renewal costs are separate unless they are expressly included in the proposal.
Does EMPEX maintain websites built elsewhere?+
No. EMPEX no longer provides standalone hosting or maintenance for websites and applications built by another provider.
Which Aftercare package is suitable?+
The recommendation depends on the website functionality, infrastructure, traffic, business importance and anticipated support requirements.
Does Growth Aftercare include ongoing SEO?+
Growth may include SEO foundations, analytics configuration and reporting. It is not a full ongoing SEO, content-writing or link-building campaign.
What can be included in project handover?+
Handover may include codebase or repository transfer, environment guidance, database export information, deployment notes and domain or DNS details.
