Important points before choosing Aftercare
Website Aftercare applies only to projects built by EMPEX DIGITAL.
Support time and content requests share the same monthly allowance.
Unused monthly time does not roll over.
New pages, redesigns, integrations and new functionality are quoted separately.
Domains, premium services, licences and cloud overages are separate unless included in writing.
Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times.
Aftercare is not an SEO campaign
Growth and Pro may include technical SEO foundations, analytics and reporting. Ongoing content, link building, keyword strategy and ranking work require a separate service.

Website Aftercare FAQs
Can EMPEX support a website it did not build?+
Standard Website Aftercare is available only for websites and applications designed and developed by EMPEX DIGITAL. This keeps responsibility, security and technical accountability clear.
Is Website Aftercare mandatory?+
No. Aftercare is optional. You may use EMPEX Website Aftercare or arrange external hosting with an agreed professional project handover.
Can I host the project somewhere else?+
Yes. EMPEX can provide agreed handover materials such as codebase or repository transfer, environment guidance, database export information, deployment notes and domain or DNS details.
What counts as a small content request?+
A small content request is a straightforward change to text, images or existing page content that fits within the monthly allowance. New pages, sections, copywriting, graphics and functionality are quoted separately.
Does unused monthly support time roll over?+
No. The support allowance resets each month and unused time cannot be transferred to a future month.
Are third-party and cloud costs included?+
Only where expressly stated. Premium tools, licences, email services, API usage, additional storage, cloud overages and other third-party costs may be billed separately.
Does Growth Aftercare include ongoing SEO?+
No. Growth may include technical SEO foundations, analytics and reporting. It does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, content writing, link building, monthly keyword work or ranking guarantees.
How is the right package selected?+
The recommendation is based on the website functionality, traffic, infrastructure, integrations, business importance and likely support requirements.
